Order Preparation
Each Parséa Atelier piece is handled with care. In-stock creations are processed and dispatched within one week.
Because our bespoke and custom pieces are crafted specifically for you, please allow the following preparation times before dispatch:
- Made-to-order rings and pendants: Approximately 2–3 weeks
- Made-to-order bracelets: Approximately 3–4 weeks
We will confirm the availability date once your order is received.
Shipping Fees & Destinations
Delivery is available to Hong Kong and selected destinations in Asia, Europe, Oceania and North America that are enabled at checkout.

Asian destinations currently include Mainland China, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Macau, Taiwan, Malaysia, the Philippines and Indonesia. Oceania includes Australia and New Zealand. North America includes the United States and Canada. European availability includes the destinations shown at checkout for our active European market.
The shipping fee displayed at checkout applies to the order. Customs duties, import taxes and similar destination charges are separate as described below.
Hong Kong Delivery
All orders are shipped from our Hong Kong atelier.
- Shipping Fee: Free via SF Express
- Estimated Delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch
- Atelier Collection: Pick-up from our Central showroom may be ready the same day or take up to 3 business days. We will contact you to confirm when your piece is ready for collection.
International Delivery
International orders are delivered to the selected destinations available at checkout.
- Estimated Delivery: 10–15 business days, or approximately 2–3 weeks, after dispatch

Please be aware that occasional delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays, customs processing, severe weather or courier disruption.
Duties & Taxes
Shipping fees indicated at checkout do not include international duties and taxes. These charges vary by destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. They may be assessed by the local customs authority upon arrival. We recommend contacting the relevant customs authority for the most accurate information before placing an order.
